We cannot ship live crawfish to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Washington, Wisconsin
Minnesota does not allow live crawfish to be imported into the state. BOILED crawfish can be imported, with a required permit. The permits are free of charge and can be obtained using this link. https://shop.lacrawfish.com/Boiled-Crawfish. Once obtained, please forward a copy to [email protected].
Oregon requires residents to obtain a permit for the importation of live crawfish. The state charges its residents a fee of $14.00, per permit. Per the state, the permit is valid for 7 days prior to and after the date you select when filling out the form. You will need to visit the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's website to create an account and from there you will be able to purchase the Crayfish Transport Permit. Once the permit is purchased, please forward a copy to [email protected].
Pennsylvania will only allow schools (scientific purposes) and restaurants (for consumption only) to purchase live crawfish. Shipping to residential addresses is not allowed.
