What should I do if my order arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will need you to provide a photo of the damaged item. If the container itself is damaged, share photos of that as well. After we review the photos and assess the problem, you will have the option of a refund or a reshipment of the damaged items; at no additional cost to you.
