What if my package gets stolen?Updated 2 months ago

If you suspect that your package has been taken after delivery, we suggest checking the tracking for delivery details such as time, GPS coordinates and possibly a photo of the delivery.  If you determine your package was left at the wrong address, please give us a call and we will do what we can to help located your shipment and get it delivered correctly. If you determine the package was stolen from your property, we suggest calling local authorities. 

For assistance with issues regarding a missing package you call the shipping company directly. You will need to provide the agent with the tracking number, name, and the complete shipping address. If our office is closed, we recommend calling the carrier immediately.

We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended. Per our terms and conditions: 

*FedEx/UPS orders are released without a signature unless requested. If a signature is requested there will be a charge of $5.00 added to your order. Louisiana Crawfish Co and FedEx/UPS will not be responsible for orders delivered to the requested address that are left unattended.
