All returns are determined on a case-by-case basis.
NON-PERISHABLES: We offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that perishable items are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and immediately. Photos of damage or incorrect item is required.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
NO REFUNDS FOR LIVE CRAWFISH HELD OVERNIGHT. Our guarantee is for the day of delivery only. Holding crawfish overnight is at your own risk.
