When will my live crabs arrive?
We ship Monday through Thursday for overnight delivery via FedEx/UPS. Crabs typically arrive between 9am and 5pm on the day after shipping. You will receive a tracking number once the package leaves our facility.
How are the crabs packed for transit?
Crabs are packed in insulated containers (usually Styrofoam coolers) with frozen gel packs to keep them cool but not freezing. They are often nestled in damp newspaper to maintain humidity.
