How does the refund process work?Updated 3 months ago

Refunds are issued to the payment method you used at time purchase. It typically takes 2-4 business days for the funds to be credited back to your bank or credit card account. Upon request we can issue refunds in the form of a store credit, for later use. 

Order cancellation refunds are issued immediately at the time of cancellation. The same applies for all eligible refunds due to dead loss, damages, delayed deliveries, etc.
